Access to your AAFCU accounts
During the closures that were necessary due to the coronavirus pandemic, we wanted to provide you with a ‘one stop shop” of ways to access your accounts.
While you can continue to use our West Hills drive through and ATM, and the secure night drop slots at both locations, we do encourage you to make use of the remote options we provide for you. These are safe, secure, and provide you with ways to keep a close eye on your accounts.
Our Virtual Branch service gives you access to almost any transaction you would need to do on a routine basis. You can track your balances in real time, transfer between your accounts, verify if deposits have come in or checks have cleared. The Bil Wizard tab gives you a secure way to pay all your bills from one place, once you have loaded all your information. You can also transfer to and from accounts you may have at other financial institutions, or use PopMoney to pay individuals directly from your accounts. The CreditSense tab helps you keep an eye on your credit reporting information, and it gives you some ideas to improve your score. There is also the option to sign up for eStatements to receive your statement electronically instead of a printed copy in the mail. We do not charge any fees to use any of the Virtual Branch services, although PopMoney does charge a fee to pay someone.
How do I sign up for Virtual Branch?
1. Visit AAFCU’s website, www.aafcu4u.coop, and click on the virtualbranch icon.
2. Click on ‘Enrollment’ on the left hand side. You will be led through the enrollment process.
3. Once you are registered, you will have access to all your account information.
4. Click on Self Service, Additional Services to register for e-statements and Mobiliti, our mobile app.

Once you have registered for Virtual Branch, you can sign up to use the mobile app thorugh the Self Service tab. You must have a smart phone to use the mobile app. Register for it in Virtual Branch, and then download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play (look under free financial apps). Our code is AAFederalCU. You can use the mobile app for most of the services in Virtual Branch (not eStatement signup). The mobile app also gives you the option to deposit checks through the app, avoiding trips to the credit union. There is also no charge to use any of the mobile app features, except for the fees related to PopMoney.
Visa Transaction Alerts
Get alerts for transactions in real-time by email and/or text message. Set your criteria based on transaction amount, international transactions, or online/phone transactions.
