Amazon Scam Calls & Emails

We’ve received several calls from members today that they are receiving phone calls and emails from Amazon that are a scam.  Similar to the IRS, Amazon will not be calling you.   This link to the story about this scam gives you advice on avoiding becoming a victim.  Don’t believe everything you hear in unsolicited calls…contact the retailer’s customer service department using contact information you find yourself from the actual website.  Don’t press any buttons to be forwarded to customer service, hang up and call on your own.
