We have heard from members that have received text messages from AAFCU regarding their DEBIT cards not working properly. We don’t text you for DEBIT card issues, we will call you and talk with you. If you get a text message, please don’t take any action without talking to us first, by calling either office location. Please do keep in mind, however, that we may contact you by text regarding your AAFCU Visa CREDIT Card…this is a service provided in addition to our automated call system to reach you as quickly as possible to verify transactions. If we have your email address, you may also receive an email to verify a transaction on your AAFCU Visa CREDIT Card. Anytime you have a question, please don’t hesitate to call.
